Is the Spanish version really included?
Yes. Every plan includes a full English and Spanish version of your site with a language switch. Need a third language? It’s available as an add-on.
How long does it take?
Typical timelines are ~1–2 weeks for Basic, ~2–4 weeks for Business and ~4–8 weeks for Enterprise, counted from when we have your content (texts, photos, logo). Need it sooner? Choose Rush delivery.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your spot and starts the project; the balance is due at launch. You can pay by card or PayPal, or by bank transfer (ACH) and save 3%. Care plans are billed monthly starting at launch.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
No. Care plans are optional. Care Essential ($49/mo) covers hosting, SSL, backups and security; Care Plus ($99/mo) adds about one hour of changes every month. If you prefer to manage hosting yourself, we’ll help you set it up.
What’s included in the price?
Design, development, the bilingual version, mobile optimization, SEO basics, SSL and launch on your domain. Business adds a gallery, booking, online payments and local SEO. Domain registration and third-party fees (payment processors, booking tools) are paid directly by you.
What do I need to get started?
A short brief about your business, your logo and photos if you have them, and the text for your pages. No logo or copy yet? We offer logo design and copywriting as add-ons.
Can you redesign my current website?
Absolutely. Share your current site in the project brief and we’ll tell you what we’d keep, what we’d improve and which plan fits best.
Who qualifies for the Kindness discount?
Nonprofits/NGOs and businesses with a clear social mission. Apply through the project builder and tell us about your work — we review every application personally. If approved, you get 50% off development.
What does the 30-day guarantee cover?
For 30 days after launch, we fix anything we built that isn’t working as agreed — bugs, broken links or forms, display issues — at no cost. New features and new content are quoted separately or covered by Care Plus.
Do you work with businesses outside my city?
Yes. We work remotely with small businesses across the US, in English or Spanish — by video call, email or WhatsApp.
